1. Hot-Dip Galvanized Welded Pipe (HDG Welded Pipe)

Produced by immersing the welded pipe into molten zinc, resulting in a thick, durable coating (typically ≥50μm). Hot-dip galvanized pipes offer excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for outdoor use and harsh environments.

Common Specifications: DN15–DN600 (1/2"–24"), wall thickness 0.8 mm–10 mm.

2. Electro-Galvanized Welded Pipe (EG Welded Pipe)

Manufactured through an electroplating process where a thinner zinc layer (typically 5–20μm) is applied. Electro-galvanized pipes feature a smoother surface appearance but offer less corrosion protection, mainly used indoors or for short-term rust prevention.

Common Specifications: DN10–DN200, wall thickness 0.5 mm–5 mm.

3. Galvanized Square and Rectangular Tubes

Formed by welding galvanized steel strips into square or rectangular cross-sections, these tubes are widely used in building structures, fencing, guardrails, and door and window frames.

4. Galvanized Spiral Welded Pipe

Made by spiral welding galvanized steel strips, these pipes are primarily used in large-scale projects such as municipal water supply, fire protection systems, and foundation piling.

5. Galvanized Wire Casing (KBG/JDG Pipes)

Specialized galvanized pipes designed for protecting electrical wiring in construction. They offer both fire resistance and corrosion protection, ensuring the safety and longevity of electrical systems.
