Polymer Plant Construction

Project Introduction 
This project was designed for Polymer Plant in Turkey, the pipeline was built to deliver the styron monomers from vessels to plant. USI team participated in every stage of this project from Budget calculation, Engineer Design, Technique approval,pipe & accessories supply and now still keeping providing maintainance services on pipe line. Our high quailty product keep a safe and efficiant working environment  for whole plant system.  
 
Project Difficulties 
During the purchasing stage, it turns out that the original design based on 316L far beyond the budget of material purchasing. We had to  turn back with custom's engineer to change the design to reduce the cost within budget but at same time meet the requirement of  high temperature working environment and high corrosion from styron monomers.  USI team studied the actual working parameters for this plant and proposed 304H material instead of 316L which reduce the cost but at  same time can stand the high working temperature and high corrosion.

It's a milestone for USI team work to help customer solve both technique & commercial difficulties to make the plant can be built smoothly.
